This hearty course starts with three kinds of obanzai (Kyoto-style side dishes), followed by addictive pea sprout and tuna salad, french fries, Yokozuna shrimp tempura, sumo stable's special knuckle-sized fried chicken, and the famous chanko nabe (sumo wrestler's stew)!
